Kenyan gov’t: opposition made up report of police raid on its offices

 A Kenyan government spokesman said the opposition alliance fabricated reports of a raid on their offices on Friday evening in an effort to spread fake news ahead of the Aug. 8 polls.

“This is fake news and grossly irresponsible of the opposition,” said Dennis Itumbi, a spokesman for State House.
