Official visits to New Valley educational establishments

Minister of Education Reda el-Hegazi and Governor of New Valley yesterday inspected
The 30 June Government Complex, el-Kharga Secondary Military Technical School and the Egyptian-Japanese School, an official statement said.
The minister opened the first international public school (IPS), which will be ready next school year (2023-2024).
Its 28 classrooms and laboratories conform to the highest international standards, and the school can accommodate 1,000 students, the minister said.
The minister also toured the local education authority building in the complex in the company of New Valley Governor Mohamed el-Zamalout.
El-Hegazi was briefed on the facilities in the building as well as the meeting hall in the government complex and the 30 June Garden, where he planted a palm tree.
The two officials were given a tour of the el-Kharga Secondary Military Technical School and saw the solar energy department and oversaw examinations for the industrial diploma.
The minister and the governor then went on to the Egyptian-Japanese School and watched a musical performance by students and looked at a science fair.
