Dr. Ayman Waziry Vice Chairman of the Union of Egyptian Archaeologists prepared a research project Entitled : ” Intellectual Property Rights of Ancient Egyptian Heritage “( IPR – IP rights – IPRs ), He demanded and Calls for Implementation of  this project in order to get out a law text to protect our Intellectual Property Rights of Ancient Egyptian Heritage of Appropriating and of Their own interests of some persons. Dr. Waziry  summarized  the content and objectives of the project, saying : What created it rights in any time and place on the level of individual or collective under group or institution or country is intellectual property, heritage and cultural to this man who produced this work, has promised himself to care and preserve this cultural property and heritage, – especially has been inflows himself and his brainchild – may have these ideas for Domains heritage, cultural and archaeological evidence material or may be heritage intangible – implied – in the folds of the fields of architecture, arts and crafts since the early pottery from clay and then pottery during prehistoric times …..any since the cave and the cave, has been extended to the creativity and the summit reached Architecture and Fine Arts (sculpture  – etching – drawing).
