The retail price of petrol and the wholesale price of diesel in South Africa will fall from June 7, the energy department said on Saturday.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The price of 95 octane petrol will fall by 25 cents or 1.8 percent to 13.54 rand ($1.06) per litre in the commercial hub of Gauteng province, while diesel will go down by 23 cents or 1.9 percent to 1157 rand\/litre, the department said in a statement.<\/p>\n
